Villa Allison is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 1st
level with no stairs can sleep up to 6 comfortably. Sip your morning coffee on
the balcony or meander just a few steps to the heated pool, hot tub and BBQ
Grills. A gym is just around the corner in the complex as well. Each bedroom
offers a King bed and a smart TV with cable. The great room offers a fully
stocked kitchen, dining table, Queen pull out sofa and Smart TV with Cable and
sound-bar.
1 reserved covered parking spot and other guest parking available. The condo
is close to 2 grocery stores (AJ’s & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and
more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons,
Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great
hiking trails!
21 day minimum rental. You will get the lowest nightly rate by staying 30+
nights.
***1 dog allowed with prior management approval only. No cats. A "Pet Fee"
