You will be located between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay with three blocks either way between you and the water. You will be only two short blocks from Pine Avenue, with its specialty shops and plentiful eateries. There is space for two cars in the driveway, and you can also use the free trolley to get around the area, all the way to Holmes and Bradenton Beaches. Do you have a larger party? Rent the other side of this duplex as well to sleep a total of 8 guests. There is access to a boat dock just across the street. Island Gem A also has access to a shared dock that you can use to either fish or dock a small boat. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217). There are two parking spaces reserved for this property. Island Gem A is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non- refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet per stay and short stays are not pro- rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
