*Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts. This unit has elevator access from it’s floor to the parking garage. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken.
*This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don’t monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.
