Property Description Looking for a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with private pool that sleeps up to 8 people that’s not too far from Disney World (21 miles)? If so, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s check out the bedroom setup. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bedroom. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in each, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. All bedrooms have their own TV. As you might be able to see, this home is great for a large family or two families traveling together with younger children. All bedrooms have their own TV. Let’s go over the rest of the house. The kitchen has a galley-like layout. It has a breakfast bar, modern appliances, light wood cabinets, and views of the dining and living areas. When it’s time to eat, there’s a dining area just off of the kitchen that’ll seat up to 6 people. When it’s time to relax, there’s a good-size living room that has two comfortable crème-colored sofas, an entertainment center with a flat screen TV, and glass patio doors that both let in plenty of natural light and let out anyone who wants to go outside to the pool area. Guess what is just behind the living room? No, it’s not another dining area. It’s a foosball table! What’s better than playing some foosball whilst socializing with everyone in the living room? Head outside at the back, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you can do a number of things. First, if you don’t want to be in the direct sunlight all day you can take a seat around the patio table under the covered lanai. There, you can just relax with your favorite beverage and watch a movie on the outside TV mounted to the wall! Alternatively, if you want to work on your tan, you can lay down on one of the sun loungers dotted around the pool. If you need to cool down from the Florida heat, you can take a dip in the pool. Need to use the Internet during your stay? No problem. This home comes with Wi-Fi Internet access. Community Details This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children’s playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award- winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
