Looking for a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation villa with private pool and a
games room that sleeps up to 10 people? Keep on reading. This place is great
for two families traveling together or one large family because of the
bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-
suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed. The third bedroom
has a queen-size bed. And the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two single
beds, which are great for the younger members of the family.
The kitchen is a modest size and has black appliances, black countertops, it
comes fully equipped, and it has a breakfast bar with seating for up to 3. If
you need somewhere to eat that has more than 3 seats, just behind the

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
