Very near Dunn Court Beach and minutes away from horseshoe pits, golf course,
pro-shop, community pool and the Pine Mountain Lake Country Club.
Pet friendly! The owners welcome your furry family members, cats or dogs.
Maximum of 3 small dogs/cats (up to 50lbs total). PET LIMITATIONS ARE FIRM.
Pet/animal rent $35 per pet, per night plus tax.
When not outside enjoying the lawn area or open patio with your furry friend
be sure to check out the game room with foosball and ping pong table. NOTE:
Pinball machines and Jukebox are for decoration only and are not in working
order. There is also a full kitchen as well as a gas BBQ for grilling up
dinner after a long day exploring Pine Mountain Lake or Yosemite National Park

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
