Villas 2B condo is a luxurious two-bedroom accommodation with updated kitchen
and many extras. This one of only six units in The Villas complex is a newly
renovated, ground level, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. A total of four
guests can vacation here. Villa 2B has access to the large, shared pool,
luxury kitchen, dining room, living room, Queen size bed in the master
bedroom, and two Full size beds in the guest room. Loaded with many extras
such as flat screen TVs, granite counter tops, stainless appliances,
onsite/coin washer & dryer, and Wi-Fi internet access. There is a community
grill located on site, perfect to cook up your catch of the day! Grab you
towel and take the provided beach chairs and umbrella to the beach! Just cross
the street and soak up the sun, enjoy the turquoise water of the Gulf...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
