This one of only six units in The Villas complex is a newly renovated, ground level, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. A total of four guests can vacation here. Villa 2B has access to the large, shared pool, luxury kitchen, dining room, living room, Queen size bed in the master bedroom, and two Full size beds in the guest room. Loaded with many extras such as flat screen TVs, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, onsite/coin washer & dryer, and Wi-Fi internet access. There is a community grill located on site, perfect to cook up your catch of the day! Grab you towel and take the provided beach chairs and umbrella to the beach! Just cross the street and soak up the sun, enjoy the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico and build a sandcastle! There is a sitting area by the condo to dine in or spend time with the family. The pool is heated for your convenience during the colder time. There are also 2 lounge chairs for every unit. Washer and dryer are on site so you can pack light. There is also a community grill if you plan a cookout. The beach access is just across the street. Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 4 people There is one parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking. This property is protected by video surveillance. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
