and a Private Outdoor Hot Tub!
This great little 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1-bath cabin may be just what the doctor
ordered! The 1st floor features a cozy living/dining area with a gas
fireplace, a VCR-DVD/monitor, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher,
1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. The 2nd floor
features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1-full sized
bed and a 3rd bedroom with 1-twin sized bed. Outside, there is a gazebo
covered gas grill/picnic area, a private outdoor HOT TUB, and a deck leading
to a walking trail down to Silver Lake! This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No
Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 5-persons
(ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests
enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,
backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,
whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and
golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,
snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your
camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
** Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for
Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as
the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures
are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation
refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
** This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this
regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate
eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written
Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private
residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring
homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them
at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They
should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in
