This is an ultra-modern cottage in the chic gaslamp district of Salt Lake
City. Just 2 blocks from the center of the Sugarhouse shopping district, which
is a great walking/shopping district filled with unique restaurants, shops,
boutiques, and art studios. It’s a quick 8 minutes to the center of downtown
from this unique home via car or bus.
Although the location is one of the best selling points for this home, the
house itself is a gem, too! It has recently been completely renovated and
modernized to be a super-unique residence that stands out in a sea of plain
vacation rentals in the area. The entire living space is above ground, so
there’s no dark basement rooms. There are two bright bedrooms on the main
floor and one huge bedroom with 7 windows on the second floor. Each floor has
it’s own FULL bathroom and there is a modern kitchen that’s fully stocked with

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
