Ductless split system air conditioning has been installed in 2023 in the living area and both bedrooms. The split AC features individual control air handlers in each room to keep you cool on the days when maybe you got a little too much sun at the beach. The Primary Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The Guest Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination that was remodeled in February 2019.
