This traditional village house for 6 people is perfect for a great family or group holiday. The house is quietly located in the idyllic village of Búger, one of the most picturesque villages in Mallorca.
You enter the house through an impressive entrance hall, typical of traditional houses in Mallorca.
On the ground floor there is a cosy salon with a corner sofa and satellite TV.
From the salon you continue to the rustic and fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, and there is also a spacious dining room.
There is a bathroom on the ground floor and from the dining room you have direct access to the beautiful courtyard. Here you will find another dining area and a barbecue for sociable evenings. Furthermore, you come to the 10 sqm pool, sun loungers are already ready for you....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- From 01/01 to 04/30: 0.55 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 15 years old).
- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Electricity Cost: 0.3 EUR per kW.
- Air-conditioning: 0.3 EUR per kW.
- Heating: 0.3 EUR per kW.
