This new large modern 7 bedroom pool villa is only 5 minutes drive from Hua Hin town centre. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, there are 6 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the back of the villa that is mostly thought of for staff, but can also be used for guests.
The Villa has a modern look, with high ceilings, and when all the sliding doors are open it is perfect for outdoor/indoor living where there is a natural flow between outside and inside areas.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
