At one with the garden and offering ample space for entertaining, diverse tastes are accounted for whether it’s showing your talent for table football or tinkling the ivories. An eye-catching array of colour bring a buoyant energy to the fully equipped kitchen; where baby blue units are adroitly balanced by red checkerboard floors alongside the light wood accents of the dining bench and table. Pets are welcome on the ground floor and in the garden area, however please note a resident cat named Oreo may be present in the garden during your stay. Guests are welcome to make full use of the garden, however, the outhouse will be locked. A gardener will also visit the property to access only the garden area to feed Oreo and water the plants. Inside, the sofa bed can comfortably sleep two (comprising a small double) and a washing machine can be found in the utility room. There is no dryer machine, however there are two drying racks (one electric, one non-electric) to dry clothes. Guests are also welcome to use the Xbox. Please be aware the home’s security system incorporates an alarm system. Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
