Here are a few suggestions: • Bayahibe Beach - Situated Southeast of the town of La Romana, Bayahibe Beach is absolutely postcard-worthy. Visit this stretch of sand to escape the crowds and feel as if you’re on a private island. • Parque Nacional del Este (East National Park) - This ecological wonder is a must-see for anyone passionate about nature. Home to hundreds of plant and animal species (many found only in this area!), the park features hiking trails, caverns with indigenous Taino art, spring water reservoirs, and scenic viewpoints. Don’t miss the chance to see rare manatees and dolphins! • The Casa de Campo Marina - Chartering a yacht or a fishing boat? The Casa de Campo Marina is where you’ll find all the nautical services you need. • Altos de Chavón - Reminiscent of an ancient European village, this attraction is one of the area’s most popular - and for good reason. It’s a fabulous place for sightseeing and often hosts cultural events. Check out the local artisans and perhaps pick up souvenirs such as pottery or screened silks. • Golf courses at Casa de Campo - This area is a golfer’s paradise, whether you’re a pro or a beginner. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- We want to make sure that guests experience the most pleasant stay. We have no doubt that knowing and observing these house rules is a very relevant part to make this happen. Please carefully read and accept them in order to comply with the final step of your confirmation. We kindly ask you to please abide by these house rules, as any violation might result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, regardless of the remaining length of stay. Once you check in, it is understood that you and your group agree and will fully adhere to these terms.
- 1. We Expect a Decent Behavior
- Please kindly be mindful that the following behaviors and/or things are not allowed at this property: a) Parties, b) Party groups, c) Social Gatherings, d) Smoking any type of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookahs, or pipes within the property.
- Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate eviction and the cancellation of the reservation without any refunds.
- 2. Enjoy Music Responsibly
- We know music is a very important part of many of our guests’ vacations. Please enjoy it at a decent level, especially after 10:00 pm.
- 3. We Offer The Fun, Our Guests Must Take Care of Themselves
- The pool, hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, gym equipment, water sports appliances or any other amenities included in the rental may be used only at the guests’ own responsibility.
- 4. Property’s Furniture and Decoration Are Not Movable
- Moving or transporting any piece of furniture or decoration to different parts of the property without the prior consent of the owner is not allowed. Taking articles out of the property premises, like towels, cutlery, and so on, is not allowed.
- 5. Wet Outside, Dry Inside
- Guests should not walk inside the home while still wet or wearing wet bathing suits. Dry yourself and wear a towel whenever it’s necessary. It is strictly prohibited to use indoor furniture like sofas, chairs, or beds while wet or wearing wet bathing suits.
- 6. If Any Complaints, Talk To Us Quickly
- Complaints will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be considered whatsoever.
- 7. Abide By The Laws
- The use of any illegal drugs or any other illegal substances in the property premise is strictly prohibited.
- 8. No Weapons Allowed
- Bringing weapons inside the property is not allowed.
- 9. The Main Renter Is Responsible For All The Group Behavior
- The renter understands that all members of his/her group should read and abide by all house rules. In any case, any misconduct that results in any damage to the property, civil responsibility, or any other legal issue the main renter will be responsible in front of the owner.
- 10. Visitors
- The reservation is only for the number of people originally included in the reservation. Visitors are not allowed to enter the property without the prior permission of the owner. Visitors sleeping over is strictly prohibited and could be a cause of reservation cancellation.
- 11. Honor Your Servers
- This is not a house rule per se, but a relevant suggestion instead. Our villa staff has been carefully chosen and will do their best to make your vacation full of pleasant moments and great service at the property. We kindly suggest a total tip of 5% from the total rental amount.
