The villa is situated in the beautiful countryside of Cortona, near the border with Umbria region.
Surrounded by a well-kept fenced garden with lawn, brick barbecue, the villa boasts a delightful pool (5 x 12 m, depth 1.50 m), open from May to Septembern, and equipped with sun loungers and parasol.
Within the garden there is a large gazebo equipped with dining table capable of seating up to 15 people, ideal setting for alfresco meals.
Moreover at guests’ disposal a private parking for 6 cars (4 covered and 2 uncovered spaces).

The villa is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 15 adults and 3 children, has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The entire property is divided into 4 comfortable apartments, each with its independent entrance, and a living area with sofa, kitchenette and dining table. The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning. All windows are provided with mosquito nets. Internet Wifi is included. 2 baby cots and 1 high chair are available upon request.
Ground floor: On the ground floor you are welcomed by a large common dining room with tv, capable of seating up to 15 people. Inside the room you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
Also on this floor there is the first apartment for 4 people, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
First floor: On the upper floor there is a common living room with tv and sofas. Following you will find 3 apartments divided as follows:
- an apartment for 6 people with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower;
- an apartment for 4 people with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower;
- a 2-level apartment for 4 people with 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower on the lower level, and 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) on the upper level.
