Before sinking into the sectional sofa to enjoy a movie on the TV above the cozy fireplace, indulge in the mini bar, featuring two bar fridges. Our garage boasts a universal EV charger, catering to guests with rented or personal electric vehicles. Step outside to discover a sparkling pool that can be heated upon request, above ground spa, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, fire pit for the evenings and a relaxing cabana hang-out area. For those seeking active fun, you’ll find Ping-Pong, Foosball, and a Pool Table, along with a TV hang-out spot. The master bedroom, conveniently located on the ground floor, pampers you with an en-suite bathroom and private access to the backyard. Enjoy a soak in the separate bath or shower and prepare for the day with double vanity sinks. Going upstairs, you’ll be greeted with the 3 remaining bedrooms and the shared bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower/tub combo. Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation. No Pets Allowed Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Must let host know at least 3 days in advance. Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
