Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

Any sign of smoking on the property will require a forfeiture of your security deposit and if needed, additional charges may be assessed to rid the house of smoke. NO SMOKERS ALLOWED. STRICTLY ENFORCED.

- - Our home is well-kept and designed with quality furnishings. It is kept very clean and fresh. Please respectfully care for our home as a lot of time, love, and effort went into preparing it for you.

- - If you use the beach cruiser bikes provided, you are required to lock them (bike locks are provided) as bike theft is rampant at in the resort area.

- - We inventory all household items before and after stays. In addition, photos of each room are taken prior to guest arrival so that if damages occur, they can be easily assessed. Security deposit will be forfeited for theft or damage. Additional charges for significant damage may be assessed.

- - Please put all dishes in dishwasher before checkout and put trash in cans. The blue can is for recyclables only.
