This house has very complete exteriors, with a private pool, outdoor furniture for the whole family and a nice awning to be able to have lunch in the shade once the barbecue is done. It has beautiful views and several rest areas.
Located in Alhaurín de la Torre, the location is quiet and with more houses around (without altering your privacy). Although we remind you that you must be respectful of your neighbors’ breaks, you can ask the host about these issues.
With easy parking, you will have two covered spaces, you can leave your car near the house. Communications with urban centers such as Alhaurín de la Torre or access to highways are very good. It can be anywhere in the province of Malaga....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Arrival out of schedule: 60 EUR per booking.
- Stay and Play B: golf classes: 90 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
- Stay and Play A: unlimited golf: 105 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
