The attached back deck offers outdoor living to expand into the backyard. In addition to the living room area, there is a fully-stocked, semi-open concept eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, and three bedrooms all on the first floor. If you head downstairs, you will be greeted with a large king-size open bedroom that also offers downstairs seating for your party. This is not a private bedroom, but we have placed a bed down there to offer more sleeping options for larger families. The basement also has two additional bedrooms, a large laundry room, and a full bathroom. LIVING ROOM (Main Level) This room features a large sectional and two armchairs, which means plenty of space to spread out. There are windows all around the room bringing in natural sunlight. Relax and watch the large Roku TV, or walk onto the back deck for some fresh air. KITCHEN (Main Level) Brand new appliances for you to enjoy including refrigerator, stove, microwave, and toaster. Enjoy your morning coffee with the Keurig K-Duo machine complete with complimentary coffee. The dining table seats four people and is located in the kitchen area. DINING ROOM (Main Level) Upon entry, you will see the large dining area equipped to seat up to seven (7) people comfortably. The black fireplace (for decoration only) is the focal point of this room. BEDROOM 1 (Main Level) This master bedroom features a king-size bed, a full bathroom (shower/tub) attached, and a Roku TV. Unpack your bags and put your items away in the dresser and full closet. BEDROOM 2 (Main Level) This room has a queen-size bed, a full closet, and a Roku TV. BEDROOM 3 (Main Level) Perfect for kids! Decorated in an animal motif, this room has two twin-size bunk beds. BATHROOM (Main Level) Located in the hallway, this bathroom has a tub and shower and comes with furnished towels and disposable toiletries. BEDROOM 4 (Basement Level) This bedroom is open to everyone when you first walk down the stairs. It features a king-size bed, a Roku TV, and a sitting area to relax. You can also walk out to the backyard through the walkout basement if desired. BEDROOM 5 (Basement Level) Hideaway in this back bedroom for some rest on the twin-size bunk beds. LAUNDRY ROOM (Basement Level) We have everything you need for your laundry located in this room including a washer and dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, a utility sink, and an iron/ironing board. BATHROOM 3 (Basement Level) This full bathroom features a walk-in shower. BACK PORCH Located just off the living room and full of sunshine! Enjoy an ice-cold beverage in this quiet neighborhood while the kids (or whomever) play games in the fenced-in backyard. PARKING This home has a two-car garage and a driveway, so plenty of space to park your car(s)!
