LIVING & DINING AREA Marvellously uplifting in mellow yellow, the
spacious living and dining area transcends the eras with the
contemporary furniture and flat-screen TV of the lounge area
harmoniously in sync with the traditional artwork, decorative fireplace
and parquet floors that bring a refined flavour to this reposeful
space. Abstract artwork instantly draws your eye in the adjoining
dining area, where a characterful table offers space for six guests.
KITCHEN Geometric floor tiles and industrial pendant lighting lend a
distinctly contemporary flavour to the kitchen, fully equipped with all
key amenities including a breakfast bar for informal snacking. BEDROOMS
Replete with a king-sized bed, bookshelf and wardrobe, the principal
bedroom presents relaxing views out across the balcony and also boasts
a workspace and exercise bike should you wish to start each day on the
front foot. Restful magnolia hues and an ornamental fireplace encourage
a sense of relaxation in the second bedroom which plays host to a
double bed and generous shelving space. The third bedroom offers a
queen double trundle bed facing a large window from which the daylight
comes in to poor inside the room. BATHROOMS Chicly styled with midnight
grey marble tiles and accent lighting, the main bathroom comprises a
shower, wash basin and toilet. A splash of red brings a pinch of colour
to the contemporary en-suite bathroom in the second bedroom which
presents a walk-in shower and wash basin. A separate WC can also be
found in the apartment. WE LOVE The unrivalled location steps from some
of Paris’ leading attractions including the Jardin du Luxembourg and
cultural hotspot of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. **To rent this property,
the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Home truths: No smoking,
pets or parties! A cat is one of the family members who lives here.
Although every property is cleaned to a Property Manager standard, please note
this property may not be the best fit for those with allergies. The
apartment is located on the third floor and can be accessed by a lift.
Please note, there are stairs to reach the lift, which is small in
size. Renovation in communal areas of the building is due to take
place between December and February 2024. Although we always endeavour
