In the popular Cap Brun district, located in its lush Mediterranean garden, an old building welcomes you. From one of its multiple terraces, you will appreciate its breathtaking view of the deep blue sea and its sunsets. Among its terraces planted with citrus trees, fig trees and century-old pines, you can enjoy a swimming lane in a unique setting. If you prefer the sea, at the bottom of the garden, a gate gives you access to a little-used cove.
Four bedrooms in the main house and two independent studios will allow you to comfortably accommodate 12 people.
The iconic Anse Méjean is just a stone’s throw away as is the coastal path.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Please note that the availability of the following services depends on the season:
- Heating: included in the price. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 04-30, from 10-01 to 12-31.
- - Optional services:
- Arrival out of schedule: 226.2 EUR per booking.
- Heated Pool: 400 EUR per booking.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
- - Check-in schedule: Sat, from 16:00 to 20:00.
- - Check-out time: 11:00.
- - Pets are not allowed.
