Exposée plein ouest, cette charmante demeure, surplombant sa plage, est située à 3 minutes à pied de la mer et des commerces de proximité (supermarchés, boulangerie, tabac, pharmacie…).
Grâce au petit portillon eu bas du jardin vous pourrez vous rendre à la plage votre serviette sous le bras.
Dans un quartier calme, la villa des Pins baigne de lumière avec ses grandes ouvertures. L’apéritif se prend face au coucher de soleil.
Tout proche le port des Oursinières vous offre des bars et restaurants et est aussi le point de départ de balades paradisiaques au bord de la Méditerranée.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
