Nestled on the Giens Peninsula, on the water’s edge, La Madrague is the ideal villa for lovers of the deep blue. The house of almost 200 m2 is entirely facing the sea and offers a breathtaking view of the harbor of Toulon, the hills of Carqueiranne and the beach of Almanarre in Hyères-les-Palmiers. Lovers of postcard images, you will be seduced by the breathtaking sunsets.
Everything is accessible on foot... La Madrague is located 500 meters from the charming port of La Madrague, 10 minutes from the village of Giens and about a hundred meters from the coastal path to discover the beauty of the coves of the peninsula. If you want to live a “life, sea” experience, you can jump into the water from the private pontoon accessible from the garden: by paddle or boat, which the concierge can make available to you during your stay.
All the rooms at La Madrague are in suite mode, they have a private bathroom and toilet. And the master bedroom has a sea view bathtub! On the 1000 m2 of land there is a beautiful terrace, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and… a secret spot for reading in the shade of the pine trees.
The villa is very pleasant to live in in summer with its large right-angled bay window. It is also protected from the east wind and the famous Mistral. At La Madrague, you will feel so good that you may spend all your days and evenings there.

The town's maritime heritage is celebrated at the Marine Museum, where enthusiasts can delve into the shipbuilding history and explore nautical artifacts. The nearby beaches, such as Les Sablettes, are a major draw, offering golden sands and clear waters perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and a variety of water sports.
For those interested in architecture and history, the Fort Balaguier is a must-see. This 17th-century fortress now houses a museum and provides stunning views of the bay, making it a perfect spot for photography enthusiasts. The Church of Notre Dame de Bon Voyage, with its beautiful frescoes, is another testament to the town's rich cultural tapestry.
