Nestled only a mile from Kings Island, and along the bike trail and Little Miami River. Located in the same building as Cartridge Brewing Company. The property has an exercise room, is connected to 78 miles of walking paths, has beach access to the river, an outdoor fire pit, 1000’s of newly planted trees, and so much more!
This gorgeous pet-friendly loft boasts an industrial feel complete with exposed duct work, large picturesque windows, and concrete flooring throughout the bottom level. There is a bit of history and character everywhere you look.
The structure and character of the historic factory that was constructed more than 100 years ago now shines through in these restored apartments. Featuring many of the original characteristics of the original buildings, the Peters Cartridge Factory Apartments offer an urban feel while you enjoy living in the suburbs.
There are many things to go see and do nearby. This would be a great option for a staycation because entertainment options in the area are endless. Located beside the Little Miami River and the Loveland Bike Trail, you and your guest will have plenty of opportunities to get outside and be active if desired.
If you’d rather stay close to home, all you have to do is step outside your loft and cross the street to the expansive 3,000-square-foot community room complete with lounging chairs, tables, and a pool table. You can also enjoy drinks at the Cartridge Brewery which is located onsite. Additionally, there is a community workout room and a practice putting green.
The inside of your loft features an open-concept floor plan with a massive 13-foot ceiling. Enjoy chatting with your guests from anywhere in the main living area.
BEDROOM #1
Located near the entryway area, this bedroom has a door you can shut when privacy is desired. The queen bed is memory foam, and there is a ROKU TV.
BEDROOM #2
This bedroom is in the open loft upstairs and has king size bed, ROKU TV, full-length mirror, large closet, and a full bathroom off the room. There is also a large walk-in closet for unpacking if desired.
BATHROOM #1
This bathroom is located in the entrance hallway and features a full-length mirror and a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is shared with the downstairs bedroom and the living area guests.
BATHROOM #2
This bathroom is attached to the second-floor bedroom. It is a walk-in shower with a full-length mirror. We proved all the towels and extra consumable toiletries during your stay.
KITCHEN
Full kitchen with brand new appliances, including a Keurig and coffee pods. Four barstools make it easy to eat at the kitchen island as your chef whips up your nightly meals.
LIVING ROOM
The kitchen and living room are open-concept. You have plenty of space and the expansive windows make this room feel very large. A comfortable couch, ROKU TV, and a dedicated workspace make this space very versatile.

These lofts are not in a neighborhood, but rather in a unique setting- A brand new development right next to the river in a very old factory that has been completely renovated. The units are right on the Little Miami River and also on the Loveland bike trail. There is a fully operational brewery and restaurant on location.
Most people bike, or walk, or hike. But, you will need a car or lyft or uber to get to the property. We are very close to kings island, the beach, and camp cedar.
