Having a location just minutes away from Children’s Hospital, Kings Island, the Western & Southern Open, as well as full highway access (to both Dayton and Cincinnati) makes this home super convenient! This home is perfect for those traveling to the city for work but prefer suburban living instead. Your home away from home retreat is newly remodeled and completely furnished with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Tastefully decorated, its farmhouse decor gives you that cozy and homey vibe throughout the home. As you walk in the front door you are greeted by the living area with a working electric fireplace, large smart TV, a comfy sectional, and a cute sitting area. Just around the corner, you can cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner in our large and well-appointed eat-in kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. We have you covered with the coffee - we provide a Keurig and all different kinds of flavors! Use ours or bring your favorite type of coffee when you stay. This home features three bedrooms- One downstairs and two upstairs. One of the king-size bedrooms is located on the first floor and has plenty of storage, a ceiling fan, and smart TV. The other king bedroom (which is upstairs) also offers all of these features. The final bedroom features two twin beds and plenty of storage, but it does not have access to a private TV. You’ll find a full-size washer and dryer in the basement along with plenty of dryer sheets and laundry detergent for your use. The living area invites you to relax and unwind the second you enter. Featuring large windows, natural light illuminates the space throughout the day. The rich laminate floors flow through the lower level and give this home a feeling of warmth and coziness. If you don’t feel like leaving the property but want to catch a breath of fresh air and soak up the sun, take a step outside and you will be greeted with a large deck out back or a covered porch out front. The grass is fully grown now, so there is also plenty of green space for you or any children in your party to explore. Very safe and convenient even though it is just outside the city and in a bit more of a rural setting, there are grocery stores 5 minutes in all directions.
