There is a bit of history and character everywhere you look. Inspired by the philosophy that wear and tear is a valued part of a building’s history and beauty, the developers remained true to the historic architecture. In line with this philosophy, concrete floors, walls and columns, and remnants of metal elements are found throughout the renovated space. The structure and character of the historic factory that was constructed 100+ years ago now shines through in these restored apartments. If you’d rather stay close to home, all you have to do is step outside your loft and cross the street to the expansive 3,000-square-foot community room complete with lounging chairs, tables, and a pool table. You can also enjoy drinks at the Cartridge Brewery which is located onsite. Additionally, there is a community workout room and a practice putting green. The inside of your loft features an open-concept floor plan with a massive 13-foot ceiling. Enjoy chatting with your guests from anywhere in the main living area. BEDROOM Located just to the right of the front door, this bedroom has a door you can shut when privacy is desired, ROKU TV, a large closet, and dresser storage. Nestled in a natural setting, the apartments offer easy access to the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, shopping, area offices, Kings Island, and I-71. There will be construction on the road this Summer, so utilizing your GPS is your best option to get around. You’ll have your own apartment but with a shared and secure entryway into the building.
