This luxurious brand-new vacation property is the epitome of "Mountain Therapy" offering beautiful views of Massanutten Slope views in the winter and centrally located close to all of the resorts’ amenities. Professionally designed for an exceptional and comfortable guest experience. * Please note that a valid ID from the primary guest and a signed rental agreement are required to finalize your reservation. -Three Night Minimum for all weekends unless the booking is less than 30 days from arrival. -Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am! -We require an additional lease and rules addendum to be signed in order to rent our home. There is a steep driveway to get to the house. Parking limited to 4-5 cars. If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. NOISE Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. Keep noise indoors during these hours. No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. PARKING Keep all tires off the road. Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host. OUTDOOR FIRES High wildfire risk area! No open fires. No unattended fires. No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates. ALCOHOL No open containers on roads or in common areas. PETS Leash always required when outside. Clean up after your pets. TRASH Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
