For golf enthusiasts, the renowned courses at The Dunes and Moonah Links are just a short drive away. This single-story abode is set amongst natural surroundings and offers a great value getaway on the Peninsula.

As you step inside, you will pick up on the relaxed beachy vibe and notice the living space in the cabin provides an ideal spot for relaxation, complete with a TV for your entertainment needs. The kitchen features an electric upright oven and convenient breakfast bar perfect for quick bites and enjoyable social gatherings. Do note there is no dishwasher.

The property accommodates a bustling family of 5 with relative ease. Two comfy bedrooms each radiate a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.

The central bathroom features a shower, a separate toilet, and a vanity. Do note there are no laundry facilities.
The home features a split system heater/cooler in the living room. The bedrooms each come with a small portable heater.

The property features a single carport with additional parking for the 3 cars on the grassy knoll. There is also room for a small dingy/boat noting this is not undercover.
Located just an 11-minute walk from Pearses Beach and just over two kilometres to the cafes of Blairgowie, this property offers a relaxed, low key beach retreat set amongst the coastal tea trees the Mornington Peninsula is renowned for.
