As you enter you are welcomed in a spacious entrance room with an antique bookcase filled of Italian art and literature books, to the right of which you find the Green bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. This is a large and comfortable double bedroom with a generous window overlooking the rooftops of Trinita’ dei Monti. The bed can either be made into two single beds or joined together as a king-size bed. There is also a queen size sofabed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. Stepping out of the entrance room, with four ample windows at the corner between via Bocca di Leone and via Borgognona, there is the large living room, with comfy sofas and ottoman armchairs, a long antique dining table that seats eight, lit by a crystal chandelier, a desk and two antique consoles. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules

- Early check-in (upon availability): 50€
- Late check-in (after 9pm): 35€
- Late check-in (after midnight): 50€
- City tax: 6€/person/night, for a maximum of 10 nights, children up to 10yrs old excluded.
