While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences. - We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. - Cell service is limited - No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated through Property Manager. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). - Riverside County has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - 2x tri-folds located in the primary bedroom closet. - Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. - This home does not offer pool heat. - SPA Heat only is $100/day. - The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. - Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. - This home uses a septic system. Guests are advised to refrain from flushing any materials other than toilet paper. - Please note that no more than two items should be plugged into the extension cords in the kitchen to prevent the breaker from tripping. - Please note, guests are NOT permitted to pick fruit or avocados from the trees on the property. Parking details: On-site parking is available for up to 4 cars. Street parking is prohibited. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
