The Neighborhood
The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets! The apartment is within walking distance from The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool, such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more! This location is easily walkable to restaurants, and bars. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. Liverpool One is a 20-minute walk. Perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover our great city! And only 6 minutes by car if preferred. Hop on a bus (If you do not fancy the walk!) to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Albert Dock or The Tate. If you are a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central, where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules:
- • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given.
- • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00.
- • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge.
- • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
- • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
