Newly refurbished to the highest standard, you’ll have full use of the apartment during your stay which includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and clean bathrooms.
Ropewalks Quarters II is a contemporary two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Liverpool. Located in a traditional red brick building, the apartment has been transformed inside with modern and stylish interiors. There is plenty of space for a maximum of 8 guests and you’ll have everything you could need for a home away from home stay.
The apartment boasts an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with a comfy double sofa bed that can sleep up to two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, coffee maker and fridge. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.
A private balcony, accessible from the living area, offers a bistro table and chairs so it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a fresh morning coffee using our Nespresso machine provided in the kitchen!
Free WiFi and a Smart TV is provided for streaming your favourite shows.
The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a double sofa bed - perfect for late-night chats or for group members who prefer staying in the same room. This also comes with an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom is fitted with a comfy double bed. The main bathroom is located just opposite this bedroom and is equipped with a toilet, basin, and a shower over the bath.
Please note that the property doesn’t use gas, therefore, there is no carbon monoxide detector installed. We value safety and have prepared a fire blanket and fire extinguisher in the apartment and send out a guide with safety information.
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
The apartment is located on the first floor, up one flight of stairs.
There is private on site parking for one compact vehicle in the parking garage. Please see the garage’s dimensions: 2.2m height, 2.2m width, 4.5m length.
If you are coming with a larger or a second vehicle, there are pay and display carparks nearby.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
Please note that CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for the purposes of guest safety and security.
You won’t be needing any taxis or public transport if you intend to stay in the city centre. However, if you do plan to leave the centre, to perhaps visit the football stadiums or parks, we are just a 7 minute walk from the main central bus station.
Taxis and Uber are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip.
If you’re feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city’s Electric Scooters to get you around town!
