Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- HOUSE RULES: - RESPECT OF OTHER GUESTS. We are so happy that you are here and ready to enjoy your holiday. We ask you to be respectful of other guests and to keep the noise to a minimum after 22:00 and before 9:00. - SMOKING. Smoking is only allowed in the open living spaces and not permitted in the bedrooms. - SAFETYBOX. Please make sure you use the safety boxes that are at your disposal. Ilot Management will not be responsible for any lost items. - TOWELS. Both bathroom and beach towels are provided. Guests are responsible for them if they take them out of the villa and will be charged if they lose them. - DAMAGES. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Villa or any of its furnishings, fittings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, their invitees, subcontractors or guests. Make sure you register any extra guest on top of your booking allowance to the villa manager this for your own security. - THIRD PARTY RENTAL. Guests will take full liability and responsibility for any rental they book with a third party (including but not limited to, Scooter, extra equipment…). - LIABILITY. The villa and the villa management will not be hold be responsible for any activity undertaken at/or within the villa, and any such activity shall be at the guests own risk and they will not hold the management liable for any possible outcome (whether arising directly or indirectly out of our actions or omissions, including any loss, damage or liability). - SWIMMING POOL.The use of the swimming pool is at the complete responsibility of the guest. The villa’s owner, staff and housekeeper can’t be held responsible for any incident occurring in and around the pool. Children must be under surveillance. If needed, we can always install a pool fence at extra charges.
