Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. This is a unique interior-designed villa, very spacious and luxuriously furnished to offer a wonderful living area, with double living room, 6 bedrooms all with air-condition, heated pool and fabulous views. The property is located just outside the pretty village of Montauroux, just 10 minutes to the Golf Resort of Terre Blanche, 20 minutes to the coast and 40 minutes drive from Nice airport. The property is located near the picturesque Provencal village of Montauroux with sweeping views across the Esterel Hills. It’s just a couple of minutes to the local restaurants and shops, 5 minutes drive to the beautiful scenery of Lac St Cassien. The villa has been interior designed to offer a very high standard of space and luxury. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms and an additionnal 6th bedroom in a separate studio apartment with bathroom, providing quality accommodation for a maximum 12 people. Downstairs is a huge living room with separate second living room or TV den and a wonderful state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with every imaginable convenient including a large fridge freezer and coffee machine. Upstairs are five bedrooms including a magnificent master bedroom suite in the centre. At either end are two bedrooms, a double and twin, each sharing a family bathroom and dressing room. The 6th bedroom is a separate and independant studio located below the pool, with its own bathroom. From the living room, doors lead out to a covered terrace with outdoor dining table for 12 people and barbecue area. This overlooks a 11 meter swimming pool which can be heated on request. The garden is laid out in large, well maintained lawns and planted with olive trees, cypresses and established Mediterranean plants. The villa is security alarmed. This is a superb holiday destination for family and friends looking to enjoy the best of the South of France in luxurious surroundings.
