Spacious and well equipped kitchen as well as large and open living/dining room area with a small work area. Perfect for friends or young families.
You have access to all rooms. Everything below street level is yours to call home.
Located a 10-minute walk from Portobello road you are a close to the Notting Hill and Bayswater Underground Station (Central, Circle and District line) There is also a large supply of buses on the main roads around the area and we recommend UBER, Free Now or hailing a black cab in minutes.

A vibrant, trendy area with casual cafes that line bohemian Portobello Road, famed for its busy market selling antiques and vintage fashion, local vegetables from farms and fresh produce like fish, bread, cheese and meat. Filmgoers relax in posh armchairs at the Electric Cinema. High-end restaurants, brunch spots and upscale boutiques cluster around Westbourne Grove, located a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,or the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments.
