Right around the corner from Historic Germantown, just minutes to Downtown, Midtown, and beyond, the location of this house is perfect for first time visitors, regulars, or even locals looking for a getaway or work staycation. With ample access to parking, and space to relax, this stay will take any trip to Nashville to the next level. Germantown is only 2 miles away, Downtown & SoBro (Broadway) is 4 miles, East Nashville is 4 miles, 12 South is 5 miles, the Gulch is 4 miles, Hillsboro Village is 5 miles, Vanderbilt University is 5 Miles, Belmont University is 6 miles, and so on. It takes around 5-10 minutes driving to get anywhere in town depending on traffic. The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is 11 miles away and, depending on traffic, usually takes about 15-20 minutes driving. We have a driveway that can accommodate 3 cars and there is ample off-street parking. This house is located in a residential neighborhood with an elementary school across the street. We know it’s Nashville and you want to have a good time, but please respect our (and soon-to-be your) neighbors and community by keeping noise to a minimum and observing our strict "no parties" policy.
