An old farm, recently renovated into a discreet luxury house spread out in 6 hectares in the Andalusian Serranía of Ronda, that consists of 4 private suites scattered around the property with the main house in the middle.
composed of 5 houses: El Álamo, El Nogal, El Sauce, El Olivo and El Bosque. All with beautiful views of the countryside, ensuite bathrooms, terraces and of course free wifi access throughout the house.
The main house called El Bosque, consists of living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with island, dining room for 12 and bathroom. It also has air conditioning and heating installation.
The Alamo, with 2 floors. On the main floor a double bed of 1,80cm and a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 sinks, 2 closets and 1 WC. It has a kitchen sink, desk, fireplace with sitting area, and of course its own terrace overlooking the pool area and countryside.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
