Come and see all the upgrades and the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from this unit. The upgrades include all new carpeting, stainless steel appliances, new mattresses in guest bedroom, as well as 40" and 32" LED flat screen HD TV’s with Blu-Ray/DVD players (Netflix/Pandora, etc. capable) in the Living Room and Master Bedroom respectively (guest bedroom also has 32" LCD flat screen TV and DVD player). The kitchen has been completely stocked, including espresso machine and wine cooler! There is also new furniture in the Living Room which includes a queen sized sleeper sofa. Additionally, a safe has been Quaint, quiet, and the quality of a boutique resort, not the hassle, noise, the impersonal nature of a hotel. You will become part of our family, and we will look forward to your return year after year.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
