Conveniently nestled in a gated community of Cypress Estates in South Palm Desert. This spacious 3,000 sq ft, 4BR/3.5BA home built in 2003 is walkable to El Paseo Shopping District, Living Desert Zoo, and Shadow Mountain Golf Course.
INTERIOR
Enter the property through the private courtyard, and walk into the main house. Upon entry, you are greeted by an open floor plan. The living room features a large sectional, pool table, and a 65in. SmartTV. Dining room features ample seating for eight adults and is located steps from the living room. The kitchen features plenty of space and is stocked with all items for meal prep. The stainless steel appliances including a double oven and a kitchen island deliver an amazing experience with views of the pool and backyard. Bedrooms are conveniently located on the opposite side of the home. Property features patio access from the living room, kitchen, and main bedroom. A separate casita entry is located in the front courtyard and is not accessible through the property. Full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use along with a two car garage.
OUTDOORS
This backyard is a winner. Enjoy soaking in the sun next to the pool, warm up on cooler nights in the spa, or next to the fire feature. For those who like to cook a three-burner BBQ is conveniently located next to the outdoor bar and under a lighted patio cover. Perfect setup for entertaining or relaxing out with your loved ones. For a fun competition enjoy the ping pong table located on the east side of the patio. Also, available are pool volleyball and basketball.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, and 50in. SmartTV, huge walk-in closet, and direct access to the backyard. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, dual vanities, and a bidet toilet. The 2nd bedroom features a king-size bed, 50in. SmartTV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a single vanity. The 3rd bedroom is located off the dining room area, and features a queen bed, ceiling fan, 50in. smart tv, work desk and a large armoire. This room is ideal for overnight guests. This bedroom only has access to the half bath in the hallway. The 4th bedroom in the casita features its own entry with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and 55in. SmartTV, large closet, ensuite bathroom features walk-in shower bath combo, single vanity.

POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool’s size.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
