Corpus Christi is right over the JFK Causeway Bridge and Rockport is just a ferry ride away. Exquisite and Elegant all wrapped into one at this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath split level condo. Granite countertops & stainless appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Travertine flooring throughout. Downstairs offers a spacious open living, dining & kitchen with half bath and stackable washer & dryer. Upstairs is a grand, master bedroom with it’s own balcony, views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a guest bedroom & bath. Beautiful tiled walk-in showers in both bathrooms.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
