Port View Surprise is a newly built and tastefully furnished 2nd-floor condo located literally a 5-minute walk to the Boat Harbor and Roberts Point Park to fish, dine, and/or watch the ships. Inside you’ll find an open floorplan that’s accommodating, yet intimate with vibrant coastal décor carried throughout. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa (w/Full-size sleeper) and matching armchairs made for relaxing and watching TV. The kitchen is fully furnished with new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig and Drip coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table or at the bar. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the island breeze. Retreat to the master suite with a King-size bed, nightstands, seating, and a large smart TV (as well as a surprise view of the Ferry Landing and Ship Channel). The full bathroom includes a new tub/shower and a separate large vanity area with a sink. The utility area has a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo is very close to the private community pool, hot tub, and grilling area. You’ll be happy that many of the best shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance, with others only ~ 0.5 miles away.
