This condo sits near the saltwater pool that is heated in the winter months. Beachside Getaway is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired décor. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further! Park your car in the assigned parking spaces and leave it for the duration of your stay. An 8-minute walk gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach where you can enjoy the surf and the sand. A quick 2-minute drive takes you to shops, restaurants, and activities. Upon entering the foyer of this home, you will find the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area with a half bath. The kitchen will meet all of your culinary needs. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, and a combination filter/pod coffee pot. There is seating for 8 at the large dining table with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy movies or sports on the amazing 85” Sony 4K Smart TV with Wi-Fi and cable provided. Relax on the large couch with a chaise on one end and 2 comfortable accent chairs. Beachside Getaway has a private patio off the living room with outdoor seating. There is a gas BBQ for grilling your daily catch. Once upstairs you will find another living area with a large 55” 4K Smart TV and a comfortable Sofa, Chaise, and Twin size sofa sleeper in one. There is plenty of floor space for kids to play games. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet off of this living area for your use during your stay. The master bedroom (BR1) has a plush King-size bed, a 4K Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit. The bunk room (BR2) has two sets of twin-size bunk beds and a Hi-Def Smart TV. The guest bedroom (BR3) has a plush King-size bed and a 4K Smart TV. Every bedroom has high ceilings, ceiling fans, and ample closet and dresser storage space for your beach attire. The bunk room and guest room share a full hall bath with a large walk-in shower unit. Enjoy the AMAZING Heated Community Pool with a fun Waterslide and many Palapas throughout. Beachside Getaway is located just blocks from everything in Port A! This property is not available for long-term rentals during the winter months.
