Just a stone’s throw from the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Mexico, Salt & Lime is a newly built 3 bedroom home that sleeps 10. One of the refreshing community pools is right out your back door. This home brings meaning to the words luxury living with pristine landscaping and upscale appointments including quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet-inspired kitchen, seating for 6 at the bar and quality tile floors. The large hardwood dining table has two benches for accommodating guests. An expansive great room is full of elegant décor and invites you to relax in style and comfort with a couch, love seat, 2 accent chairs, TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Off of the hallway is a half bath and the washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet. The downstairs master bedroom (BR1) has an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a large tile shower. with a glass door. At the top of the stairs on the second floor are 2 sets of built-in twin bunk beds nestled in the hallway alcove with a wall-mounted TV. Guest bedroom (BR2) has a King bed and shares a hall bath with double vanities and a large tile shower. with a glass door. At the end of the hallway is a master bedroom (BR3) with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a large tile shower with a glass door. Enjoy your morning coffee from the back balcony overlooking the pool area. Cook up the day’s catch on the charcoal grill. Parking for four vehicles in the driveway.
