New master suite has recently been added to this 1 story beach home on stilts. This is a great place for a family vacation with boardwalk and ocean views from deck. All new appliances, furnishings and Bella brand pod coffee maker (which is compatible with a Keurig). The Living Room has large sectional couch and big screen TV. Very open floor plan. Master bedroom (BR1) has nice king bed and ensuite bathroom, guest bedroom (BR2) has a queen bed, the second guest bedroom (BR3) has a full bed with twin and a trundle bed underneath and share a bathroom. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
