Comfortably get ready for the pool and hot tub in the private shower and changing area. Take advantage of this excellent amenity during your Colorado mountain vacation but this luxury Clubhouse is only for guests who rent Settlers Creek Townhomes so book your vacation today! -Outdoor Pool, Hot Tubs and Gas Grill- Located just outside the Clubhouse are the Settlers Creek pool and hot tubs. Unwind after a day of Keystone skiing in the heated pool, with snow-covered mountains and bright evening stars as your backdrop. There is even an outdoor fireplace here at the Settlers Creek clubhouse. Feel free to use the clubhouse’s large gas grill, propane is provided. Plenty of seating and tables are provided as well. -Secluded Location- Settlers Creek townhomes are located in East Keystone Colorado, a mile east of the ski lifts at Keystone Resort. If a quiet, peaceful setting is what you desire during your Colorado vacation, this is as good as it gets! And when your group decides to visit local restaurants and shops, you’re only a minute away from River Run Village! -The Snake River- The nearby river is a unique feature at the Settlers Creek Townhomes. Stroll down to the peaceful scene at Snake River. If you’re a fisherman, you will love the secret “holes” where brook trout hang out. Just another reason that Settlers Creek is the perfect location for your Keystone vacation! -Modern Construction- Settler’s Creek Townhouses are Keystone Resort’s newest addition. Built in 2007, you will be impressed with the quality construction and attention to detail given to these stunning townhouses. Beautiful patios and decks allow you to enjoy the incredible outdoor setting. -Free Shuttle Service- Keystone’s In Resort Shuttle provides FREE service. The shuttles run seasonally and will take you around Keystone and to the lifts. - Private Laundry- A private washer and dryer are included in each Settlers Creek Townhomes. Travel with one less suitcase during your Keystone, Colorado vacation! -Convenient Parking- Each Settlers Creek Townhome has one or more assigned parking spaces. An attached 1 car garage is included with most 3 bedroom Settlers Creek townhomes while the 4 bedroom Settlers Creek Townhomes have a 2 car heated garage. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Rules are as follows:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Children are allowed.
- The minimum age limit for Guests is 25.
- Parking rules are property specific. Per Keystone Resort rules, each reservation will be given one parking permit. Read your email confirmation for detailed parking rules during your reservation.
