The furnished apartment "Bear II" offers 2.5 rooms and extends over 52m2.
The apartment has space for two persons. In the spacious bedroom, there is a large double bed. The bright living room has a comfortable sitting area for dining and an additional sofa. Adjacent to the living room there is an open kitchen with hotplates, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and all useful cooking utensils. A private bathroom is of course also part of the furnished apartment. There is also a cosy balcony where you can relax in the evening.
All additional costs, Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, bed linen as well as towels are included in the rent. You can also use the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room on the ground floor free of charge.
The furnished apartment is located in Bâleo Erlenmatt, a modern building built to the latest standards. In Bâleo Erlenmatt you will find many shops and leisure activities. There is, for example, a Coop supermarket, a nursery, a fitness center and various gastronomic offers. The building is completely barrier-free and of course having lifts.
The Bâleo Erlenmatt is located in the dynamically developing Erlenmatt district. The district combines urbanity with nature in a unique way. The large Erlenmattpark is located in the heart of the district and the Lange Erlen recreation area is only a stone’s throw from the apartment. In 2017 the Erlenmatt district received certification as a 2000-watt site. The district was designed according to the principles of sustainable district development.
The building is situated in an excellent location. The Badischer Bahnhof railway station is only 500m away and the EuroAirport can be reached within 10 minutes. The Basel, Erlenmatt bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity. From here, you can easily reach the Basel SBB railway station, the old town and the banks of the Rhine by bus.

Please note that baby beds and highchairs are available upon request. Please ensure to reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance to organize. The cost of the baby bed is 15chf and the highchairs are free of charge.
