Lil Georgie is a beautiful, family-friendly home near Sand Hollow State Park and Reservoir in Hurricane and only 30 miles to Zion National Park! Get away from the city noise and treat yourself to private enclosed side yard area for games, mature trees for added shade, and a deck with a private hot tub, fire pit, grill, fridge and views to die for. Lil Georgie has everything you need with enough room for everyone in your family to spread out and have the best vacation possible!
This new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home can comfortably sleep 16 people, so your entire family can enjoy the beauty of Southern Utah together. The kitchen is fully outfitted for comfortable cooking and dining, and there is a living room both upstairs and downstairs with large 4K HD TVs, Youtube TV is provided as well as a Nintendo Switch console with games loaded. The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite with walk-in shower, and smart TV. The upstairs master bedroom has desert views, a king bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and smart TV. Bedroom 3—with amazing mountain views— has a queen bed, smart TV, and shares a bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two full-size bunk beds, two full-size trundle beds with twins beds on top. Last but not least, there is an upstairs patio deck to enjoy a delicious meal on the BBQ grill or enjoy your night in the beautiful private hot tub. Our private enclosed side yard is a place for your kids to safely play and for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful evenings. You will also have access to the clubhouse which has a lap pool, splash pad, beach entry dipping pool and weight room. There are lounge chairs and shady areas situated for a comfortable experience. The resort has a large park with two pickle ball courts for guest use. It’s a great location for accessing the national and state parks in the area. Sand Hollow is just 5 miles away and Zion National Park is 30 miles to front gate.
This is our home away from home and we love being able to share it with visitors to Southern Utah. Brand new home with new furniture and decor. We designed it primarily for families looking for an unforgettable getaway.
Enjoy tree-lined streets & green spaces in European-inspired Elim Valley, nestled in the heart of the Southern Utah Desert. Elim Valley includes 2 pickleball courts, fitness center, 2 Community Pools (including a lap pool), a Splash Pad, and a massive Hot Tub.

Getting around the neighborhood is easy! Wide streets, and plenty of street parking. We also have a 2-car garage that is accessible for guests via the private street behind the house. There are plenty of adventures close:

Other things to note.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for all guests as well as bath/pool towels. We have all the basic cookware and cooking utensils, but guests should plan to bring/buy any food or ingredients they’ll need for their stay. Walmart is just a couple miles from our house.
The Kitchen is stocked with place settings for 16 people. Kid-friendly plastic dishes are also available. Crock pot, coffee maker, electric griddle, waffle maker, hand mixer, blender, toaster, BBQ utensils available for guest use along with variety of baking and serving dishes.
