Sun Haven is a contemporary two-story 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom townhome that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably but can also sleep 12 with the assistance of a Queen Sofa sleeper. The first level is spacious and roomy, with high ceilings, tall windows, and a flat-screen smart tv equipped with Hulu Live. A welcoming, open-style floor plan makes it easy for your group to spend time together AND find quiet moments for yourself. Enjoy meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for a BBQ and enjoy the breathtaking Southern Utah backdrop. As you head upstairs, you will be welcomed into the open and roomy loft, with all three bedrooms surrounding, each including its ensuite bathroom. Professional interior design and all-new appliances and furnishings make Sun Haven the perfect setting for your next family vacation, corporate retreat, or romantic couples’ getaway.
