Downstairs off the entryway is a queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom. Just around the corner, you will find an open-style floor plan with a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room, with lots of room for cooking and spending time with your loved ones. Watch the sunset from the covered patio, just outside the dining room and kitchen. BBQ on the brand grill, surrounded by comfortable patio furniture, all protected from the elements. Off of the kitchen is where the Master Bedroom is located, with an en-suite bathroom. The double vanity makes getting ready for the day a breeze, and the separate water closet provides the necessary privacy that everyone needs! Upstairs you will find the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is additional room for entertainment and family fun in the upstairs loft area. Whether you are playing video games or watching a movie, you will be immersed in the experience with the Surround Sound System. If you find yourself wanting to get outside, there is a community pool, pickleball courts and local petroglyphs you can explore.
