External Living | Private Pool & BBQ This captivating home lays in 400m² outdoor area - with 70m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) and a special children’s pool compartment (0,40 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ & sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 60€/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in a folding bed which can be provided upon request, at the Attic type bedroom.
